Poinsettia Day

This time of the year, poinsettia flowers are everywhere! Poinsettia is also called "the star of BethlehemThis was my late mother's favourite flower and I remember she used to bring me one every year!

This day you can decorate your home or your classroom with these flowers.

You can talk to your children or your students about it, read a book about it, have them draw or paint. Older children / students can read about the story of the plant and answer questions or present the information they have found.

Here are some ideas:

Have fun!
