Superhuman day

People with disability have always managed to achieve wonderful things despite the difficulties they face every day.

This is the day to celebrate their super powers.

This day was founded by the wonderful people of Channel 4, wanting to promote the Paralympics in 2016.

They created a fabulous video clip with some of the most amazing Paralympic athletes.

What to do on this special day?

You can talk to your children / students about the difficulties disabled people face. Show them the Channel 4 video, read them a poem on the subject or read about a famοus Paralympic athlete.
