I guess this should be My special day, since I consider myself a fitness fan (not always though, but at least when I have the time)
This day is supposed to motivate people to get some movement in their lives and also watch their diet.
What a better day to go out for a run or to play with your children, take a long walk, play a sport outside or go to the gym?
With your students you can practise movement verbs and body parts miming and performing simple exercise. Whatever you do always have fun!
