My 10 minutes on Twitter...

While I was preparing for a new presentation about PLN, I decided to experiment and spend 10 whole minutes browsing in Twitter - Will I find something interesting? Of course the experiment had to be posted on my blog!
So here it goes!
  • First thing that caught my eye was this picture:

Making mistakes DOES help you improve! Nobody's perfect! Nobody should be perfect. Fall seven times stand up eight! Dare!

  •  Stephen Hawking announced the top 10 finalists for the Global Teacher Award. Being nominated would be a great honour, but hearing your name from such an important person is something BIG!!

  • A really wonderful Blog-post of an ELT Writer - How they did it and some tips for the rest of us! Click here for the post!
  • Motivating Successful Teamwork With Games - Edutopia - Games and Teamwork! TBL and PBL in all it's glory... Me like...
  • Story of Adidas - How to compete... Great for discussions in business and C2 level classes

Well,  10 minutes.... I have to say that I have spent about an hour reading and watching what I found in 10 minutes when I actually found some free time, but still, it's nice to know that you can find something interesting, either for your lesson (or work) or for yourself ....
One thing is for sure.... Sharing and communication CAN make a difference!
