Look on the bright side day


These days are tough. For both adults and children. What can we do to brighten up our day a bit?
  • Take a break
  • Eat / drink something delicious
  • Listen to your favourite song and dance to it
  • Look at the pictures of your latest holiday
  • Give somebody a compliment
  • Call a friend
  • Play with your pets 
  • Spend time with your children 
  • Watch a pleasant movie to make your mood
  • Write a gratitude journal
Remember to take care of yourself
