World mental health day

 


This is a very important day for all of us, no matter if you are single, you have kids or not,no matter your profession.
People tend to take care of their physical health, but only few try to care about their mental health as well.
We feel stressed, we feel burned out, tired, distressed, sad, we feel anxiety, there is a time that we don;t feel enough, although we do so much.
In order to do stuff for others though, we should take care of ourselves first.

So try to find some kind of balance in your life, find time to do something that you like, no matter if it's yoga, reading, the gym or whatever makes you happy. Half an hour a day is enough.

Remember, the ones who smile are usually the people who hide their problems. Don't leave it until it's too late.
