Späzzle by Christina (cooking project)

Ingredients
- 500 gr. Flour
- Salt
- 3-4 eggs
- 1/8 l. warm milk or water

First you take a bowl and you put all the flour, a pinch of salt and the eggs, you mix it until there aren’t any small lumps.
Then you pour the water in small doses, mix it again. The pasta needs half an hour to “rest”.
At the same time you put a pot with salty water and a dash of oil on the stove.
When the water boils, you take the noodle tool. Then you put the pasta into the water. It looks like small buttons.
When these small noodles come on the surface, you can take them out.
Then pour the Späzzle into a pan with meted butter. You wait until it takes a golden- brown colour on both sides and then you put them into a Pyrex.
First ¼ of the noodles, then grind some cheese on the noodles, put the rest of the noodles and then cheese again on the top and some roasted onion rings.
Finally put it into the oven for 10 minutes.
You can serve it with salad and sauce.
